REALTORS Are Required to Complete Ethics Training by Dec. 31, 2008

To maintain your standing with the National Association of Realtors, you are required to complete Code of Ethics Training every four years. This cycle is set to end on Dec. 31, 2008. If you have not yet completed  your training, there are a couple of ways to fulfill your REALTOR obligation.

You can access the online course through www.Realtor.org. This course is FREE but does not give you any CE Credits. The Board office has DVD's available to rent. You can also take an online CE Class through the CT Association of REALTORS. Click here to go to their website.

If you took a CE Class through someone besides the Mid-State Association, it is your responsibility to fax a copy of your CE Certificate to the board ofice prior to Dec. 31. There is no grace period. Realtors who have failed to complete their training by Dec. 31, will have their membership suspended until it is completed.

MID-STATE 2009 DUES INVOICES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT!!

Dues invoices were either mailed or emailed out this past weekend. If you have not received yours, please contact the board office for another copy. Dues are due and payable by Jan. 1, 2009.
