Requirements for the 2010
License Renewal Cycle
are:
1. Complete 12 Hours of CE
courses from an approved
school.
Courses shall consist
of the following:
- SIX hours of mandatory
coursework as determined by
the CT Real Estate Commission.
2010 Mandatory classes are:
CT Buyer Agency (3 hours)
CT
Disclosure, RESPA and Law
Update (3 hours)
-SIX hours of real
estate elective courses
approved by the Real Estate
Commission.

POLICY: CLASSES WILL BE HELD
IN INCLEMENT WEATHER UNLESS
THE INSTRUCTOR CANCELS. IN
THAT CASE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU
TO LET YOU KNOW. IF YOU DO NOT
HEAR FROM US, THEN ASSUME THE
CLASS IS ON.
